This field replicates the benefits of being in a sensory deprivation float tank. Float tanks are saturated with Epsom salt and heated to skin temperature. During a float tank session, you are cut off from all outside stimulation including sound, sight, and gravity when the tank’s lid or door is closed. You then enter a deeply relaxed state, the theta state. A float tank session has a wide range of benefits, including reduced anxiety and depression, pain relief, improved cardiovascular health, happier mood, and improved creativity, and wellbeing. The theta state allows for the production of positive neurotransmitters, such as endorphins (the “feel-good” chemical) and reduces the production of stress-related neurotransmitters, such as adrenaline and cortisol. It also helps you form and recall memories (i.e. super learning) and helps with finding solutions and problem solving.
I’m experimenting with this mandala the last few days I noticed that I stopped snacking. No hunger cravings, if someone is on the weight loss journey, this mandala definitely helps.
