# Field is over 1hr long

I got the 1000 beliefs wealth/abundance. It’s about 1hr long, do we have to listen to the whole thing and if so… everyday? 1 hr a day for 1 field is quite a bit. Anyone with any info or iinfo about result while not listening to The whole hour field

You don’t have to sit and listen and do nothing else. You can play it on the background and do something else in the meantime, or you can play it at night when you sleep with the volume way down.  
You can play it every day, for best results.
