This means you haven’t yet stabilized at this higher frequency; something within is still holding you back.
Change is an evolutionary process that takes time. However, once your state becomes constant, your presence alone will naturally elevate others.
Instead of being pulled down to their level, you will be lifting them up to yours.

No, no, don’t worry. This field does nothing with your thoughts and talking about the government. There are negative things in this world and negative people, you can talk about that if you feel you need to. Just don’t say as a statement, or a curse like “may they die” or something like that, or especially in a ritual, spell, etc. The idea is that you do have Authority and when you give an order it may happen, that your words and intentions are not powerless. This field brings you to realize your true authority given by God, so when we develop more power we need to be more mindful of it. That does not mean you have to become free of any negative thought or emotion, this is impossible and it is also inadequate. You are free to react to the world, just don’t use your intention for consciously order a harm to anyone.

I was asked for a declaration for this field as well, so here it is:
Declaration of Divine Authority
I stand in my true nature as a child of God.
I stand in the authority given to me by the Creator of all things.
God stands behind me.
His will stands with me.
His power moves through me.

My will is mine by Divine Law.

What is not aligned with God has no place in me, around me, or through me.
I stand in clarity.
I stand in strength.

No force stands against God.
And no force stands against me when I stand with Him.

I claim my Divine Authority.
