I am not advanced enough yet to review this field, I work on it on and off, because I have had access to and encounters through some of these chakras due to other practices.
Some of the things that happened with me-claircognizance got activated, previously I used to only have clairvoyance, precognition developed more. Getting inter dimensional information got easier (when I started using this, I did not use enough protection and did get mired in weird stuff). So if you are intending to open senses, astral travel, make sure your lower chakra tendencies have been cleared up at least to some degree and you have enough grounding techniques under your belt. Also keep removing negative energy, any and all portals, implants, entities etc from home environment.
