# Can I sleep with earbuds in my pocket?

I have an overnight playlist with only fields in it. 95% of them are based on spirituality and 5% on mindset and 0% physical desires.  
What if Instead of using phone speakers, I play it in my earbuds and keep those earbuds in my pocket and sleeeeep. I don’t feel comfortable sleeping with the phone in my pocket.

Will it still work?

You would need this [DM: Headphones to Aura](https://www.maitreyastore.com/p/dm-headphones-to-aura/) for the most optimal results.  
You don’t need to keep your phone in your pocket. It has to be in the same room. Only mandalas have to be within 30cm.

So it will affect all the people who are in the room? Or only to the person who owns the field and aware of the feild playing?

I’ve seen people commenting about how it can also affect people in other rooms(in the Subliminal community reddit). I also read somewhere that the volume is like an amplifier. Unpopular opinion: I personally like to use fields overnight.

You can sleep with the headphones on, but I’m not sure how comfortable that would be. Another option is to lower the volume to 1%, so even if you can’t hear it, it will still work.

Perhaps a better option is to get the Manager and place digital mandalas in it. This way, the fields will work exclusively on you.
