It’s Part of Ascension and The Shift. Ascension involves the acceleration of vibrational energy and the expansion of awareness which creates a shift in consciousness. When a particular life system raises its vibrational state from one energetic state of being/realm of existence to another higher one, it is ascending. This field it’s not made to stop or block the symptoms you got, but to make your system more comfortable with the new energies and relief some of the “hard symptoms”. Stomach and digestive issues, IBS, gasto-intestial problems; loss of appetite; periods of unexplained nausea. Sudden changes in body temperatures; increased sensitivity or intolerance to heat or cold; abnormal heat and/or cold in certain body parts. Cold or Flu-like symptoms that appear and then disappear just as suddenly without escalating. Frequent headaches; head pressure or other unusual sensations in the crown area; warmth, tingling, pinpricks, pulsating energy. Increase in sensitivity of smell; strange smells from time to time that seem to come out of nowhere; Sinus and allergy issues. Changes in vision and perception; catching glimpses of shadows, mist or smoke, flashes of light, sparkles, colors, and swirling forms of energy. Changes in hearing or sensitivity to sound; hearing strange sounds, tones, and frequencies in your ears; whooshing, buzzing, or ear popping/pressure. Periods where you feel extremely cold for long periods of time or have a chill in your body, cold hands, or feet; circulation issues. Changes in diet, appetite, and eating habits; Sudden cravings for or aversions to certain foods; Unexplainable weight gain or loss. Can have more symptoms like those that are related to higher vibrations your bodies you are receiving. Remember that not all of these symptoms may be due to the ascension process. Holy moly, I’ve got all the symptoms and it feels like I’ve had them since birth, or at the very least a few decades in varying degrees. Since I’ve been actively working on myself more intensively the last few years, these symptoms have only gotten worse. I understand that it’s to help us in the long run, but it sometimes feels like it will never end. I keep finding things to clear out of me and the ascension symptoms get worse. At this rate I’ll become some sort of super light bulb being at the end of the year 😅 Thank you so much for this much needed audio! 💜 ---

Is being constantly tired a symptom of ascension? Can this protect us from schumann resonance spikes? I really need this to work, as said by the person above I find myself in the same situation, I find something that helps me, but soon after it seems to get worse, the more I evolve spiritually the worse everything gets, at this rate I’ll be in big trouble in the end of the year, I’m not sure what I have are ascension symptoms at all, but I’ve already put this audio in a storage item. ---

Your mind/nervous system may feel drained out but you should have a lot enhanced physical strenght. Moving a lot/workout and cold shower are usually very good against that. ---

I was born with a lot of energy. I kind of have super speed and super strength. I have quick reflexes. I was born knowing martial arts. I was always insightful even when I was young. When I used to take taekwondo classes, my instructor envied me for my natural skills. I guess you can say I was born partly ascended. ---

Yes, it’s one of the symptoms according to the article that Maitreya linked for us. Here’s a quote: "Changes in sleep patterns. Either you are sleeping very little, or you are sleeping a lot and still feeling exhausted. Waking up between 2 and 4 AM is highly common during this process. Even though your body is sleeping, your soul is still working. This is why you wake up tired. Remember, the body does most of its healing while you are asleep! Your cells are shifting and repairing. You think I have a big ego. There is nothing wrong with ego until you make it wrong. It is only your personality/mind in the brain and your sense of individuality and confidence. What I have is a strong and healthy ego that is only getting better. The ego should not be discarded and you can’t do that anyway since it is your brain. It should be refined and strengthened. It is not your enemy unless you make it your enemy. It is an aspect of yourself and your creation. The ego is to be loved. It is the creation and child of the soul in the heart. I am not being arrogant. I am merely stating facts and being confident. There is a difference between arrogance and confidence. It seems that your ego got threatened by my powerful ego which is why you replied to me. ---
