So I simply placed Men on the left and women on the right, doe the ones I know.
Only my parents and grandparents.
How can you instinctively place them wrong? I get it if the ones we don‘t know end up wrong but the names we know?

Regardless of whether you know them or not, this rule must be followed. If someone has done it differently, it’s not random, as Hero said.
This happens when the men in the lineage are weakened and the women have become much stronger and more dominant than them.

Men in a lineage can become weakened due to things like incest, killings, addictions, and large-scale deception—such as political manipulation that affects many people, or even genocide.
In the following generations, very weak men may be born, and if they do reproduce, they often end up with dominant, manipulative, and controlling women who keep them under pressure and may humiliate, punish, insult, and disrespect them.
As a result, these men may develop addictions, alcoholism, and similar issues, or they may become completely suppressed and live very passively.
It’s necessary to work with the lineage and pray for forgiveness and healing for the entire family line. For this, a person needs to recognize that such things have happened and can connect with the ancestor who caused them—understanding energetically what occurred in the past, so they can work on it specifically afterward.

So it is more of a conscious decision for the ones we know. 
The Genocide one will be relevant for me. My great Grandfather experienced mass genocide

I can where I am now (filled the 1. Genogram)fill in the names I know in the 2. Genogramm with the intention to restore the balance between masculine and feminine? As this is Part 1 in the book 
And as I feel a bit confused and overwhelmed where to start, even Hero gave good ideas.

Have you colored the people in specific colors? I would start with that. With those who are dark-grey — they are usually the OUTCASTS and create the most problems in future generations, because their energy manifests in them.

@Maitreya have you already worked on this? I was out for a walk, yesterday and felt some sensations in my chest and stronger headpain. Later I was in such a good, calm mood and felt somehow lighter. And my feeling of exhaustion, that lingered the last months is gone I bought my partner a bike and had a good talk with a stranger, where I’m normally tensed up. But it flowed, I was relaxed and tonight I had a dream, where you sent me a piece of paper with a name( I sadly forgot it, probably emilio or so) and someone said I should pay more attention to my clothing colors, olive is the powerful color of my family. I saw a middle ages robe in violet, olive and gold. Later I was in a tavern and they did tricks on me, stole my handy and some other things. I wanted to call the police, but came back with a gun and a granate felt strong, as if I have my whole family behind my back. They gave me the things back

Today I found out that I was originally named by my Great Great Grandfathers name.
It is my Second name now but for the first few Years of my Life I carried that Name.
Does that mean I am entangled to him?
He and his wife were killed during mass Genocide. And then my Great Grandfather had to flee when he was only 12.
I can imagine the suffering they all went through
I might be carrying the wishes and dreams of my great great grandfather. I will do a session tomorrow morning to clear this
And I will also see what I can do about my great grandfather. He has the Name my father has.

This is a classic situation of ancestral entanglement and loyalty. Carrying the name of an ancestor with a difficult fate (especially someone who died in a genocide) often means that you unconsciously «replace» them in the system. You carry their feelings, dreams, or the burden of their death as a price for the right to belong to your family.

The course provides a deep connection with your lineage and a clear communication channel for connecting with ancestors, and it explains how to work with ancestors - everything else is your own creativity. Breaking contracts is my own initiative and desire.
The course also includes protective field. Working with ancestral programs and the deep layers of the family unconscious without proper preparation and protection can lead to problems - you can experience secondary trauma, your psyche may not be able to handle the energies there, you can connect to destructive scenarios, and much more. So whether with the course or without it, for deep work with your lineage, you either work with someone who understands the full seriousness of it and uses precautions, or you use protections yourself.
Breaking contracts and acknowledging everything that happened in the lineage - I think that can be done without the course. But the course provides depth of processing - you can work with any problems without worrying about the consequences.

Perhaps you know some other fields which can help to break destructive agreements with ancestors ? I can’t afford this course at the moment unfortunately. I believe it’s worth it 100%.
