@Maitreya could you kindly give a little description of these? I tend get coating on the back on my tongue. Will the Fresh Mouth audio be beneficial in this regard. And the Mucus Detox, what mucus are we talking about? Is it what is known as ama in ayurvedic terms?

If that coating is white, that’s a sign of candida fungus.

I requested one for infections, didn’t know this existed.
Do we have to listen to the whole thing , or can we capture the field in the first 10-20 minutes - as some of them are reallllllllly long.
If the audio is 1 hour long then yes 10-20 minutes are just fine or until you feel you should stop.
